Horrible communication (if any), took 3 months longer to start the job than they said, and over charged my credit card. Quality of work was moderate, however their attitude was horrible enough that I will never work with them again. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

From the lady on the phone to the service technician, the process of getting our septic pumped was smooth. As a first time homeowner and a woman, dealing with surly service techs is a big fear or mine - especially when the task they are performing is so vital to the household! The Wind River staff took time to explain my septic system and the problem, as well as future best practices. They took the mystery out of the process and I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Will call again. :)

We've been waiting for over two months for service and they won't come out. We've called to schedule three times and they say that we are scheduled, but then they don't show. We will have to try someone else, even though we'd prefer to work locally with WRE.

Very professional, polite, courteous and kind customer service. They scheduled us as soon as they could and the technician arrived early and was very professional and helpful. We used them for septic pumping and I highly recommend.
