American Indoor Air Quality

We hired American to inspect and test our home after a recent roof leak. American discovered areas where water had made its way far from the obvious wet locations on our ceiling. The report provided from American was a great reference to have through this difficult process. Definitely highly recommend American for anyone with moisture concerns.

I hired American to do mold testing at my home because my wife was complaining there was a musty smell that came and went. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the testing and results which detailed pockets of mold in specific areas - especially our basement. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product delivered by American and now we no longer have musty odors or concerns for mold in our home.

We had a water pipe burst in our home on the top level and American got involved to test the house for moisture and potential mold. Thankfully we had American to identify these concerns, water had migrated all the way through three finished levels of our home. The eye could not see what Americans advanced testing equipment could detect and thankfully we were able to have prompt action taken to properly dry out and protect our home.
