        This is the best restaurant in Addison County and beyond! The bouillabaise is so good! You can tell the chef loves to cook. Even when it's busy like it was for college graduation night, there's an intimacy and an ability to have conversation without shouting. The staff are so kind and friendly.

        First, the staff is incredibly competent. The wait staff has been over hired meaning that there are plenty of people attending to customers needs. Secondly, the kitchen staff works miracles with the food they prepare. Finally, the owner is gracious, inviting and warm. All in all, one of the best culinary experiences Ive had in eastern North America. And this from a guy who has dined extensively in Montreal, Boston, New York City and so on. Ive only been two or three times, but each time was complete perfection.
