Be careful if you do any buisness with Adapt Health, Keene Medical's billing service. Get everything in writing. They did not get a pre-certification for my bipap (they claim they did). Adapt Health put a notification on my account that my insurance refused to cover me because the bipap "wasn't a medically necessary device", which was false. Keene Medical finally contacted my insurance with the info they needed, and the problem was eventually fixed.
