Excellent cleaning service! Manchester Carpet Care cleaned a high traffic carpet that had years of dog and toddler abuse and brought it back to looking like new.

I wish I could give this business no stars. My family and I were hoping to get a carpet replaced in our home in Peru. When we went to visit, we were told they did not have the carpet we wanted available and attempted to upcharge us with other carpet. We returned to confirm and they SUDDENLY had what we were looking for. After many attempts to connect and meet, they did not return any phone calls. When we finally were able to get someone on the phone, they used rude and defamatory language. Absolutely unacceptable and no way to treat a potential client. I am appalled by their behavior. Go anywhere else but here.

We had are carpet cleaned, this is the 2nd time, and both times as soon as the carpet dried, the dirt returned. I called Manchester Carpet Care to come and do a brtter job. They refused because the property manager told them to. I will never use them again and would not recommend them especially through a 3rd partying which was Mapleleafrentals.

Be very careful when dealing with this company. Make sure you receive a physical sample of what you want and all is in writing. Company is not customer friendly. Will not recommend this company to anyone in my community.

These guys are the real deal. They were very easy to communicate with and were very prompt to get to my house to help me out. The guys who came to my house were extremely professional and great guys. It was apparent they have had a lot of experience and have a lot knowledge when it comes to carpet cleaning. They are very reasonably priced and do great work. I will definitely be using them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.
