image went for lunch during the week. Was not busy, had empty booths, waited 40 minutes for a pair of corn dogs with mashed potatoes with Cole slaw. Food quality was good, but 40 minutes on a quiet day for a easy meal to plate and serve?

image Always delicious food and excellent service. Great place for breakfast all day; I hadn't had corned beef hash in awhile and they did not disappoint. The coconut cream pie was heaven!

image It's very upsetting when you have great food at a restaurant and go back and it's terrible. We made a special trip because we hadn't been since the fall.
We ordered a turkey club, shepherds pie, a bacon burger and a Jake's burger. The oil the fries were cooked in was obviously old. I know they're good when the oil is fresh because we've had them before. The bread on the turkey club wasn't toasted (unusual for a club) and the server didn't ask if I wanted it toasted .
When I mentioned it,she said "oh you have to request it toasted". I asked for toasted white bread so I could reassemble the sandwich and was given two pieces of buttered toast.
I don't think our server had ANY food service experience.
There was man that helped us at first and he was great and even noticed our drinks were empty when he walked by (even though he wasn't our server at that point). My husbans shepherd pie was very plain in flavor and came without gravy. When he asked the server she grabbed the specials menu and then said "did they not put it on?"
I grabbed my son a brownie to-go and it was dry and lacked flavor. It takes a lot for an 11 year old to not like a brownie.

image The food and the service was very good. The atmosphere here was laid back and enjoyable. The food portions were very good.
Parking: There is plenty of parking at the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking, but getting inside could be tricky. I walk with a cane and had to be careful of a step going in.
