Working with the brickkicker was such a delight! Guy showed up before I did, and was already working on the outside when I arrived! He showed me not just potential issues but also educated me on how to correct or improve them if I purchased the home. I am clueless when it comes to home stuff, so I was so happy he took the time to really explain, and was willing to listen to all my questions and concerns. During the inspection I felt great, but after reviewing his report I felt amazing. His report was so detailed, with a lot of photos and comments. He had it laid out in such a way where I could go through and double check anything I needed! After the inspection I had a few questions, and Guy was wonderful to not just give me a call back, but spend time on the phone with me to review the report. I will recommend the Brickkicker to anyone and everyone, and will use them again if ever needed! Thanks Guy, we love our home!

Guy was early, professional, thorough, and very, very friendly! He took his time to explain any and all issues to us and even answered all of the many questions we had. He helped us understand what problems existed and was honest about everything. He also sent us our detailed and in-depth report very quickly after the inspection. The report provided many pictures, explanations, and great recommendations. My husband and I are extremely happy with the service we got and feel so confident in buying our home. We highly recommend Guy for your home-buying inspection needs!

Guy and Dianne are absolutely amazing. Quick to respond and thorough during the inspection. Guy even took my husband down into the crawl space and showed him everything down there. Took his time to explain EVERYTHING to us. He was very helpful and we were very happy to have him help us especially as first time home buyers! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
