Do you self a favor go somewhere else this place is extremely non responsive when you call. The owner needs someone who can run a business instead of her doing anything. I am owed glasses that I paid for some out of pocket that I am now 3 months overdue.

Love the eye doctor, but the woman at the desk is another story. Ordered a pair of glasses for my son with our insurance in November. It is now late January no glasses. Keep getting a run around about how they moved and it knocked them out of the system with the insurance provider. Call the provider and there has been no claims at all put in. Not even for the exam!!!!!!! Got my prescription and went to Costco. Had to pay out of pocket, but hey I have the glasses for my son so he can see to do school work.

Ordered glasses at their new location in December, they never called me to let me know if they were in, finally went in in May and they said they were lost in the mail. I asked for a refund. It has been months and still no refund. They don't return calls or emails. I might have to take them to court.

The woman at front desk is running around and lying to you all the time. You can never reach them by phone and she can always find a reason not help you with your insurance!
