        Poor communication and about securing a date. I spend months finding a caterer that we could afford. Thought we had these guys "secured" (had told him we definitely wanted the date and was sending out my deposit after the weekend which I thought was ok) had my deposit ready to send in thought it was all set and they gave away the date without even checking with me. Did not try to fix the problem at all. Not sure what we are going to do now.
