The entire ordering and purchase/delivery experience was awesome and effortless.. I contacted Alan Buck (in February 2022) about the possibility of ordering a Rubicon Recon Unlimited that would be available in May when we arrive in VT from FL. He suggested I go ahead and order it then with a minimal down payment, 10-12 weeks to get it.. They would keep it until we got to VT.. Ordered exactly what I wanted, very easy process. He kept me up to date as it was being built. And he made sure it arrived the week before we did in VT.. We came and picked it up the day after getting to VT. And we love it.. Great service, great people and dealership.. I have purchased here before.. Highly recommended!

Brian was great at providing me with a value for my vehicle and then helping me find a Jeep that met my needs. He listened to what I wanted and presented me with options to made sure I was happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

Easy check in, welcoming and knowledgeable staff who do all they can to help the customer (especially with extended warranty claims), and comfortable customer waiting room. It was just a simple oil change for my 2021 JGC but I've been treated with similar respect every time I came in for service with my 2012 JGC.

Northpoint was so welcoming and accommodating of my needs. Purchasing a vehicle is not high on my list of enjoyable tasks but Jenna, Alan and Bobbi-Jo made it easy and enjoyable. From the start their communication was timely and accurate. I would recommend Northpoint to all my family and friends if they weren't two states away!
