Dr. Fauver is one of the best dentist I’ve been to. You can tell he cares about his patients. Does amazing work. I look forward to my next appointment. Winston is an absolute love, and helps calm you down. He is a STAR!! I’m glad I go there now. Thank you.

First appointment today- it was great. The hygienist was super nice and funny, glad I switched! There is also a therapy dog named Winston who is adorable.

Phenomenal! Everyone at the office was genuine and personable, the office was modern (noticibly lacking the offputting clinical smell a lot of dental offices have), and the cleanings as well as filling work I have had done were quick, comfortable, and masterfully performed. Most importantly of course, Winston is adorable. I highly recommend-- especially if you have any anxiety about your trips to dentist!

I am extremely disappointed by how I was treated there today by one of the administrative personnel. Everyone at that office has been extremely sweet and easy to deal with until today. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name as she didn’t introduce herself - but I’m assuming she is in charge of processing insurance. She called me by the wrong name, and took me into her office where she immediately was hostile regarding new insurance that I have through my new employer. She said they had called to verify but could not. I told her that I was new to the company and therefore it may not be processed yet, but that it should be soon. She proceeded to tell me I would need to pay upfront today if that was the case… I told her I could not do that and I would reschedule instead. She told me if I left I would be charged a missed appointment fee… I told her I would not be doing that. Every office I have been to ever has accepted that new insurance takes time and this office seemed so incredibly money hungry. I felt immediately distrusted even though I’ve paid all of our bills until now on time and had no reason to feel that way. She told me I really needed “to get my ducks in a row” … I do not work for the insurance company - I work for MY employer and I did everything I needed to do on my end. She was extremely condescending and rude to me from the second she came out and I ended up leaving and informing the front desk they should find someone else to do her job. Me and my family WILL NOT be going back and do not recommend it!
