I absolutely love the One Pepper Grill. I have been there several times and can't wait until the next time I get my hands on "the best fries in Burlington Vermont!" No matter how busy it is, there is a great feeling/vibe that I get when I am in there. Even with the largest beer selection I have ever seen in a restaurant, heck, most bars, I am not shy about bringing my two kids in to eat. Service is always great and the prices are very fair. One of the owners there, I think he sleeps there, Toby is his name, I think is great. Always welcomes us with open arms and a smile! I'll be back again One Pepper!

After two bad experiences here, I swore I would never go again. Somehow I found myself here last night for Taco Tuesday with a couple of friends anyway. The service started out pretty good. We had drinks and food ordered fairly quickly. This was a nice change from the last time I was here, where I had to ask three different people and was forgotten about twice just trying to order a beer. It all went downhill from there. It took 45 minutes to get a piece of chicken, a burger and four tacos. It was still the fastest service I’ve had their though, and I was hungry so I dug into my food without complaint. The chicken was overcooked, and even the guacamole was tasteless. The sweet potato tater tots were really just small, medallion shaped fries that tasted mostly like salt and grease. The server never came back to check in after we got our food, and the price was ridiculous for the quality. For $5 less I could have gone to the Vermont Pub & Brewery and gotten a chicken sandwich I actually wanted to eat.
