I absolutely adore this place.
I cant do bifocals, I definitely need them.
but just cant. I picked out a frame with magnetic sunglasses and they custom made lenses that were readers to snap onto my glasses in place of the sunglasses lenses. Works for me
And the staff. rockstars!

Rude staff. Receptionist told me I was ineligible for services and I wasn't in network. Guess they know my insurance better than I do- how bizarre. That was after they quoted a $200 basic eye exam.

My mother goes to Shippee for her glasses, but due to the flooding they are closed until further notice. So I brought my mother's to Berlin Optical and asked if they could help after she had accidentally stepped on them. Berlin Optical promptly readjusted her glasses and replaced the nose pads free of charge. The young man said several people who were unable to go to their usual optometrist had already been in with similar issues recently. This has been a great example of helping people in the community out, and my mother is very happy.
