This is the worst urgent care center that I've ever been to, I've been sitting waiting to be seen for over an hour and have complained twice about it, and they also took in at least 2 people to be seen who came in at least half hour to 45 minutes after I did and I'm still waiting

To establish as a new patient for primary care waited several weeks for a checkup appointment. At the appointment was told there would be no checkup, just a meet and greet with nurse practitioner Linda Moulton and an appointment 3 months later, despite my having serious ongoing issues. To make matters worse, they then sent a bill for hundreds of dollars, which insurance would not pay because the insurance code Rockingham sent them was invalid and unreadable. Rockingham informed me they would not even try to submit a readable code. Meanwhile, my prescriptions ran out and Moulton refused to refill. Avoid this place at all costs. The care is miserable and mercenary.

I had prp done on my shoulder and that staff were always friendly and helpful. The staff were very knowledgeable on their fields and extremely helpful with all aspects of recovery.

It was shocking to me to hear a receptionist degrade a patient that had been escorted out of the building for not having a mask on. Instead of keeping her comments to herself so other people couldn’t hear her or even discussing the matter further to another colleague, she neglected to shut her window and publicly shamed someone who had mental issues and the system wonders why more people don’t reach out for help and choose self harm/suicide when they are feeling down and depressed. It’s workers like her.

Awful staff, many stupid people especially for being doctors. They could not understand basic information and kept messing things up.
