They care and will bend over backwards to help to resolve your issue/problem/concern Not all issues can be resolved but they will exhaust every avenue. This is what sets them apart. THEY TRULY CARE.         I road from Saranac Lake NY to vist the Harley Davidson Dealership, I have heard so much about your Dealership It was way more than I expected when I walked in. I was greeted by a young man Dylan super nice and totally Customer oriented, you are very lucky to have this young man on your team Everyone was super nice, I have dealt with a few hd Dealerships never have I experienced the Welcoming I received at Wilkins. You are certainly Customer oriented in your business my hat is off to all your staff. When I am ready to trade up my Harley Trike I will certainly be in to your Dealership to trade Wonderful Experience Jonathan Gero
