They did it too us to they were supposed to be at 9-10 yesterday and they never showed up and when my wife called seems like they blocked her do not hire these people they should not be in Business stay clear from them you are warned trust me they will do it to you too only reason theres one star because its the only way to post it

I had an incredible experience with Next Generation! When my first moving company ghosted me, Mike at Next Generation was able to fit me in the very next day. Mike Sr. and CJ were friendly and fast. They moved my things into a third floor apartment with impressive speed and I never felt like they were intentionally taking up my time to raise the price. I highly recommend using Next Generation if youre looking for friendly and reasonably priced service!

Ghosted on the day of our move...
My husband and I made an enormous move from CA to VT, taking 3 weeks to arrive, so weve been living in an empty apartment anticipating moving day.
We confirmed 4 days before our uhaul arrived for 4:30pm on Friday for 2 guys. On Friday morning, Mike sent us a text asking if we were still planning on moving today because it was going to rain. Of course we responded with yes, as we had already confirmed and discussed the potential for rain on the day of our move (its VT in April... it rains all the time). At the time he texted at 9am we were making our 3 hour round trip drive to pick up the uhaul box and set it up at our house for the movers. About an hour later, he asked if we could move up the time a few hours, but realistically, we planned our entire day around the 4:30pm time that he confirmed, so we couldnt.
Aaaaaand that was the last time we heard from Mike... 4:30 turns to 5:30, 6, 6:30... were texting and calling him DOZENS of times. Absolutely NO RESPONSE. My husband and I had to do as much as we could in the rain together, but our furniture is still sitting in the uhaul since we really needed to help. We were left with absolutely no one to help us in a state were completely new to with a uhaul we now have to pay more time for.
Look, if you dont want to do the job because the rain bothers you, thats fine, but at the very least cancel with us so we could have the time to find someone else who can help us!!
Please consider finding someone more reliable to work with than taking a gamble on such an unprofessional company... still in shock this actually happened... Services: Interstate moving, Moving-related packing

I was counting on this guy to provide 3 helpers on a very large move...HE NO-SHOWED the day of the move, never bothered to call and let me know, and ignored my texts and phone calls. This after confirming with him 3x in 10 days, including the night beflre. This man has no honor, no decency, and no honesty. Don't bother doing business with him. He CANNOT be counted on. He is garbage. Best to hire someone through a temp agency than game on this stooge. Service: In-state moving
