Nekter Juice Bar

Took 25 mins to get my smoothie and there was one person behind me and he got his Açaí bowl before me. Poor girl working looke frazzled and needed some more training. Also the smoothies station looked like a disaster! Two other people came in while I was waiting and no one greeted them.

Wanted to try this place, looked at the hours online and says they open at 8 am. Got there at 8:15 and doors were locked and lights were off. Hours on door say they open at 8am also.

Nekter is an amazing place. The staff always try to make you feel welcome even when they are overwhelmed. They handle rushes excellently and their product is always fresh, healthy, and delicious! I go there multiple times a week and I am never disappointed.

I would like to start this off by saying that I normally LOVE this place. Which is why I gave 2 stars. Today was however very disappointing indeed!. I walked in, was greeted by a nice guy, order for my bowl was placed, payed for and I stood to the side and waited with my family for it to be done. A couple minutes later. Two young ladies walk in order and sit to wait also. Somehow there orders were done before mine. As I start to pay a bit more attention, I notice a very confused looking girl making what seemed to be by bowl. After slowly and sloppily putting it into a cup she hands it over. My main issue with this is IF YOU ARE OUT OF A BOWLS ASK IF IT IS ALRIGHT FOR MY ORDER TO BE PLACED IN A CUP. Its a very easy thing to do. That gives me as the customer the option to order something different or have it placed in a cup. Next problem, I watched as she placed half the contents of what she made into to differnt cups and only gave me one. As said before I normally love this place. The amount that was in the cup was NOWHERE near the amount of what I usally get with in a bowl. Last problem, You serve FOUR things... FOUR!!! Juices, smoothies, bowls, and ice cream. Two of those go in cups and the other two go into bowls. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF BOWLS FOR HALF OF YOUR MENU??? Needless to say I walked out with nothing. Told the girl she could keep whatever that was she was tryin to serve me and walked out. Step up your game NEKTER!!!

I love this place! If you need a treat and don't want to fall off the wagon with your diet. You need Nekter in your life. Great options for fresh pressed juices, acai bowls, smoothies and even dairy free ice cream. Staff is nice and restaurant is always clean. I've loved everything I've tried here.
