Woods Cross Police Department

I was helping a client with his auto claim regarding an accident that woods cross police reported on. I usually never have trouble gathering information regarding auto accidents, but the receptionist that answered the phone just did not want to help. I asked if I could gather some information and she immediately said no, and I had not even provided a report number, you can't even be bothered to get a report number before you look up the information. She is just looking at the fastest way to get someone off the phone, instead of doing what she is suppose to. This is the opposite of customer service.

This police department is corrupt. It’s full of police officers that watch each other’s back when it comes to a complaint being filed against a police officer. The last 2 times I have been stopped for petty things and it was the same police officer twice. He mentioned good luck with getting anything done against me.. It’s my word against yours. Just another police officer that enjoys being a bully and protected by his Fellow officers. I am moving out of the area and back to salt lake I never had trouble with salt lake officers being the salt lake area for 20 years. It was a huge mistake to the woods cross area. Corrupt Officers with badges to protect them. I feel unsafe in the woods cross area because of this department. I would not recommend anyone to move to the woods cross area. When I filed a complaint the officers at their officer started to intimidate with bully tactics by raising their voice at me and questioning me on my complaint. I am sure they Just take complaints and shred them.. they said a chief would get back to me eventually.. sure.. I repeat. “ DO NOT MOVE TO WOODS CROSS AREA!!” This is just a typical department full of.bully polo officers.
