I appreciate Jack's ability to resolve issues when they happen because issues happen in business. He called me directly and we cleared the air, discussed solutions, and found common ground. That's not easy nowadays. Kudos to Jack and his team!

OH MY GOSH THE BEST SERVICE HANDS DOWN!!!!! I started a small business and became legit in December and was referred to SLC Activewear and i can not say enough GREAT things about them!!! Jocelyn has been my girl! she has helped me so many times i consider her my local rep ha ha even though everytime i call everyone has been so helpful with all my questions, stock checks and any other off the wall crazy thing i have no idea what im doing question i ask ha ha. seriously!!! im so grateful i have a company that is LOCAL that i can also support.. cant wait to show off our Dance Swag coming up!!! Thanks for all your help!!!!!

Not offering will-call pick up for local printers for urgent orders is the worst idea ever. Courier service delivery time window was horrible as well. I'll take my business elsewhere next time. I personally called you to confirm the order, and explained the urgency of the situation. The least you could have done was to schedule me somewhere toward the beginning of your delivery route/list. My delivery address was 10.5 miles away from your warehouse/office. Instead, you let a computer software program determine your courier delivery route for the day, which scheduled me as your 13th stop. This resulted in a delivery time near 4:50pm. By then, I did not have enough time to complete the screen print job, and get it on the last UPS truck pickup for the day. I feel like the personal call and urgency of my situation was completely ignored.
