Called to ask for a ballpark for an installation of a stereo I recently purchased. The guy was super vague and said it always depends on the stereo and model and the parts that it would need (understandable) I reassured him I did my research and I have a compatible stereo with all the parts it needs. Im just doing my research for an install and need to know a ballpark price before I drive all the way there. Again he repeated the parts stuff. After realizing they werent gonna be able to upsell me on a bunch of parts or sell me a stereo he said they dont work with off-brands cause sometimes they are bad lol You can tell this is the kid of shop that just makes money off selling you accessories and parts you dont need. They preferred to turn me away than even want to do a simple install.

The work they've done on my Porsche Cayenne and Lexus LS (CarPlay retrofit integrated into the stock head unit) was FANTASTIC! The attention to detail in the Porsche's installation is off the charts. They are extremely busy so things can fall through the cracks or it may take a while for them to start helping you, but when they get to do the work you'll be thankful you dealt with the possible hiccups. Highly recommended. Allen is extremely customer focused and he'll take great care of you and your car. Don't think twice before taking your car to these guys.

Great guys, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had them pull out an aftermarket radio from my work truck and install it in my personal truck. They did it in a few hours.
