i was not satisfying with my donuts. Theres was only one car in the drive thru and as soon as i got my bag of donuts everything was smushed on top of each other and the frosting was getting all over the doughnuts they didn’t take there time to put the donuts in the bag the way it should be. i have pictures so people cant think that is not true.

Waited at the drive thru for over an hour. Finally got to the speaker and had to wait another 10 minutes before I could give my order. Went straight to the window because the person in front of me had already left and had to wait another 10 minutes. I ordered two frozen chocolates and they had not taste. I had to pretty much reach into the window to put my card in the reader because she just gave me my total and walked away. An hour and a half to be treated like an inconvenience and beverages that were definitely a let down and not worth the money I paid

Great service and product! Ordered 2 dozen and the staff gave them to me quickly and the donuts tasted great.

This location is the closest to me, so I've gone many times over the years and have been consistently disappointed. This location specifically leaves old promo signs up, runs out of everything, says it'll take too long to make something (egg & cheese wrap) so they just don't make it, give the wrong drink size, wrong drink entirely, or forget you ordered at all. They have even been closed during normal business hours with employees inside, but will let you sit in the drive thru without taking your order. I keep going back thinking it must have been a bad day or a fluke, but it's always something. They don't attempt to make anything better, either. Go to the Midvale location, they're always nice, fast, and have everything available.
