TLDR: Friendly, good work done, trouble communicating and keeping commitments.
We planned to use S&S Solutions for fixing our sprinkler system and installing sod. Things started out great. When we first reached out, they responded quickly. They were very helpful in getting us free quotes and explaining the issues. They were very personable and easy to talk to. They fixed a section of our sprinkler and needed to come back. However, they then missed three appointments and never communicated with us about missing these appointments until after we reached out to them. They also never apologized. When we finally said we were going to use someone else, they were quick to respond, but it was too late for us at that point. They did a good job on the work they did, but we were disappointed with the lack of communication and commitment.

Jordan was very responsive and reliable. He creates a good relationship with his clients. Not to mention our yard looks amazing. I highly recommend S&S solutions. They did not disappoint.
