I have had a great experience with my insurance with Allstate! Aaron has always kept me informed on everything that is going on, I have moved and they moved my renters insurance with me without any delay! Aaron is always checking with me to see if everything is okay! Great insurance company!

This agency shows up as my agent. I was in a wreck and this was reported adversely against me somehow. I was at no fault. No calls no nothing. Called customer service and a person named Amaris hung up. The mobile app does not have any of the information.

Until tonight (when I called Allstate to get my agent changed), my agent was Aaron Leavitt, located in West Jordan, Utah.  I have sent him EIGHT emails total since January 29th of this year regarding a good student discount I am eligible for.  He responded twice - once after the third email I sent (February 10th) saying that he would make sure the discount was applied and requested that I send my transcripts to him.  I sent my transcripts immediately.  After a few weeks and chatting with different Allstate representatives, I was told that the discount had never been requested.  After ANOTHER email to Aaron, he told me that he would look into the issue and was blaming the customer care team.  He told me he would have an update for me within ONE day.  This was on March 10th.  THREE emails from me later, and it is now April 29th, and there has been NO communication from him, whatsoever.  I would rate him 0 stars and recommend that no one use him as their agent.  I am a patient and understanding person, but this is absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional.  Not receiving the student discount is not what is important here.  It's the communication that is sorely lacking.
