Bond's Floral

I ordered an arrangement from a popular 1800/internet florist, which was contracted through Bond's/Vintage Violet. First of all, the florist didn't download the order, so my mom's birthday flowers were delivered a day late. Secondly, while the arrangement was pretty, it was a great deal smaller than the arrangement pictured online. I know that all arrangements are going to look different from a picture, but it was obvious they skimped on the flowers. I have another florist in West Jordan that takes better car of her customers, and gives more bang for the buck.

I called this place to get a boutineer for my daughter for her date. We picked it up at 3:30 (her date was at 4:00) and the first issue was that it was the wrong color. We asked for white and it was hot pick. NOT EVEN CLOSE! We took it anyway while crossing our fingers and praying that her date didn't bring a red corsage. Which he did. What are the odds? Then when my daughter was trying to pin his boutineer on her date we discovered that they forgot to put in pins. How do you pin the boutineer on without pins? I am not sure either. I think the shop is fine, however, they didn't pay attention to the details...the details are the most important. I am ordering another boutineer as we speak and I am not choosing this florist.
