Jeff was so quick to answer my call about having him look at my hot tub. Arctic Spas was going to charge me WAY too much for just the pump I needed, not to mention what they wanted me to pay for the work. Jeff not only saved me money I also feel like I got far better service than I would have got anywhere else. Thank you for having my hot tub ready for the cooler weather that’s hopefully coming soon!

We needed to find someone new to open (for the summer) and maintain our pool & hot tub as the previous company we used left us with a mess this year. Fortunately we found Jeff. His knowledge, and skills, professionalism and willingness to answer any and all questions have made him our permanent pool/tub go-to. His thoroughness found some serious problems we did not even know we had. Truly a professional who cares about his customers.

Best guy ever! Been looking for a good independent pool spa person since April, found Jeff on FB and couldn’t be happier… he went above and beyond getting my 62 yr old pool running. He talked me thru a few things I could fix myself, called me back within minutes and also called to check if everything was good… i very impressed with his work ethic professionalism and genuine thought he has to make it right… I will not be using anyone else but him in the future!

Jeff has always treated us so well. He is responsive, knows his stuff, and always provides quality customer service. I've used other spa service companies before, but not anymore. none have been as customer friendly as jeff.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Splash Tech! Jeff has been incredible to work with and super knowledgeable! I got a used hot tub that somebody through together random manufacture parts that shouldn’t of gone together. Jeff has been out numerous times - AND been able to fine tune it where nobody else could suggest or diagnose. Hot tub running great at 104, thanks splash tech!
