Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a Post Office, or any customer establishment for that matter. Go to another post office if at all possible. The employees are complete jerks. Incredibly rude. Talk down to people for asking questions. All the interactions I witnessed were of employees being verbally abusive to customers.

A lady with dark hair, younger, she horrible at giving instructions on what I needed to do to mail my package. She pretty much just stared at me with with my shipment infront of me and said what do you want. She gave me a pen to write the shipping and return address directly on the box just to be rude, like she had a bad day. One star on customer service. When I complained her and a coworker were even more dishonest and difficult. They refused to give the managers info to complain and threatened to return my package. I insisted on the manager info. They finally got him and the story they told him was incorrect. I explained what had actually happened and he apologized. So 2 stars instead of one. Next time I will definitely go to fed ex or ups. Hopefully this government delivery service will get this figured out.

Great staff. I needed a post box key for an urgent delivery. She was amazing helped me as best as she could considering keys take 5 days to make. When I got home later that day they was an envelope on my doorstep with post box keys inside. I don’t know your name, but thank you!! You made my day.
