My family and I booked here for Easter weekend. We loved everything about this hotel super clean, nice location, However, a man approached us at the pool, (Introduced himself as the manager, after he approached very hostile) and we had invited family over to swim that live nearby. He told us that we need to pay for any extra visiting guests. (We had two extra kids swimming and it was literally only our family in the pool area). I was really irritated because I more or less booked just to come and swim! Because of this, I had to pay an extra $25. I will never stay there again because of this. Ive never stayed at a hotel that doesnt encourage family time or family gatherings. Super disappointed!
Rooms: Rooms were clean and nice

The room was fairly nice, although there was a pair of swimming trunks in the shower that was not removed before our stay. The bedding was pretty old and gross. I could tell the sheets were clean, but they had a bunch of old stains. Some of the pillows were extremely lumpy and should just be thrown away. We were also there for 4 days, and no room service came. My biggest complaint though is the noise. Our room was closer to the highway. There was a hill by the hotel so when semi-trucks put on their breaks it is extremely loud. Sounded like a helicopter was flying by all night. We went to The Dinosaur Inn instead and are much happier.

Really comfortable room. Stayed in the 3 queens. One queen had it's own room which was perfect for our 4 kiddos to sleep in the main room and adults to get some quiet time. 2 TV's, huge bathroom. Really spacious. Comfortable beds.
Pool was pretty standard. It was really nice to have the shower in the pool area, helped simplify for our family getting everyone showered for bed. Pool towels were a scarcity. We sent one of our kids to ask for more towels, but never saw any so we stood around for a bit and dried then went to our room.
Didn't get breakfast, had to leave earlier than it was available.
Price was standard for our 3 queens.
Rooms: Spacious and clean. Extra room door was really sticky and hard to close, but it was nice to have a little quiet from the kids area. Main door had a gap that you could see in from outside. Had to push or pull the door fairly firmly to ensure that it latched and closed. A bit of noise due to being right at the edge of town where trucks and cars were speeding up on the highway.
Nearby activities: Went to Dinosaur National Monument (20 minutes away) Moonshine Arch (20 minutes away) was awesome too! Also drove out to Flaming Gorge (41 miles away).
Cute trading post just down the street and Walmart and Denny's almost across the street.
Safety: Last hotel out of town. Felt super safe!

Absolutely disappointed. NO soap. NO sanitizer. Dirty common area bathroom, unstocked on paper towels and toilet paper and soap and sanitizer. When I brought it to their attention I was treated like I was doing something wrong and like I was less than they were. Then when I said to gone ahead and check their own surveillance system to see that I was being truthful about only using the bathroom and having the list of complaints, they then insulted me about the ice water I had gotten from the lobby. . Wow. never in my Life have I ever dealth with anyone ever being this way. Especially IN CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
