They aren't very professional or punctual. A new furnace was install but was never checked to see if it operated properly. It didn't. This is the sixth night there will be no heat in the house. They were out yesterday to look at it, then just left without saying anything or even a phone call. They were supposed to get someone out today, which never happened and again no phone call. If you have another option I would go with it.

Complete scam. Quoted $2200 to tear out some wet carpet and was mailed a bill for $5600. Dimensions of house were wrong for every room and work performed was exaggerated to hit the $5000 number. Total insurance scam. They called the city without me knowing and got information on insurance payouts on my behalf they said. My neighbor and I are going through the same thing with them.

I will never use service master again, and I’ll make sure no one I know ever uses them either. I should’ve listened when people told me that they were a bad company. I had a sewage backup in my house and they were called in to do cleanup, at first they were on top of it, of course, and after about day 3 I couldn’t even get ahold of them to pick up their equipment, (since they charge per day) and so I decided to go through with repairs with someone else and I could tell they were very manipulative in the way they were suggesting to come back and finish up. They took my washer and dryer out of my laundry room and set a bunch of stuff on top of it, and weeks later when I go to move my dryer back the entire top was dented in, this is a set I have had for 6 months and paid over $2,000 for. When I called they said they’d get back to me and never did, so when I called back they said that they have nothing in their notes stating this happened, which I’m sure they don’t. They put stuff on top of it to cover it up, they then said someone would call me back within a couple days and it never happened. What a horrible company, I hope no one wastes their money on them.
