Fantastic people to work with. Everyone I've spoken to in the office all the way to the delivery driver were very pleasant. Great quality sod! I couldn't be happier. Chanshare is the way to go with sod, I know I will use them for all of my future sod needs.

We received 5500 square feet of Chanshare sod in July 2020. Our sod date ended up moving a time or two because of rain and other subcontractor Scheduling issues. But The People in the office did a super job in getting things rescheduled and delivered promptly. When our day finally came, we were so happy to receive the most beautiful pallets of green grass! And The truck driver was able to place the pallets strategically around our yard with the teledyne fork lift so that sod laying would be easier for us. He got the pallets placed with very little effort even in the raised section in the back. So Helpful! It has been 3 months and our sod is still green, soft and beautiful as the day it was delivered. Chanshare even came back to our home and picked up the used pallets and hauled them back to the farm to be reused again. We are very happy with their product and service!

We’ve purchased from Chanshare for our yard on two separate occasions. We are more than satisfied with both experiences. They delivered when they said they would and the delivery driver had to maneuver his fork lift through some pretty tight spots over and over again to get the sod to our back yard. He never once even touched our fence or curbing with his tires. He was very careful not to damage anything. The sod quality was great. We miscalculated our measurements by 100 square feet and had to go pick up some more. We were able to just take a truck over to the farm and hand pick 100 square feet of seconds at a super low price. They came the next day to pick up the pallets. Everything went very smooth and we will buy from them again if the need arises. Whenever someone is in need of sod we always refer them to Chanshare. Give my cousin, Macy a raise. 😉

Great sod and great price. My time and money are just as important as theirs. That being said. I got a pallet from them on 4-24-2020. A pallet is 500 sf I received 208 sf of bad sod. I couldn't even pick the sod up with out it falling apart on me. They said throw it away. I asked if I was going to get compensated for going to the land fill, they said no. They said take it back to the kaysville shop. So I did. I'm waiting on them to contact me. If they remedy this problem in my favor for the headache I went through I will write a new review. Update 4-25-2020. Larry email me. He said they would give me a half pallet or refund me the money for the bad sod. Update 4-27-2020 Larry only email me once. I had to call the office and let them know what's going on and how to get my money back. They said they would call me back. I dont think I should have to do all this leg work for their mistake on the bad sod. They called me back and are going to send me a check for the sod. When I get the check I'll update my review. Update 5-2-2020 I got the check in the mail today for the bad sod.
