For the better part of 7 years April has been our property manager, her work is close to perfect. Rarely was I involved with our properties as she managed both properties and tenants with excellence. She is always pleasant and professional on the phone. Clear communicator and very honest! I hope to work with April again in the future.

We have sold a number of homes and April is the best realtor we've worked with yet. She is polished and professional, warm and friendly without any high pressure sales job. She was on top of every aspect of the whole process. She helped us line up contractors to replace flooring and make repairs, and saved us money. She was quick to respond to our needs, research our questions, and respectfully counseled with us as we made decisions. Working with her made this such a positive experience. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend working with April!
