Brett has been a great help to me in navigating my family's insurance needs. I have never been one to jump between insurance companies, but Brett took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different coverage options. He is always there to answer any questions I have and ultimately, it made sense for me (financially and for peace of mind) to move my auto and home insurance to him. He is never pushy and simply wants to make sure you are taken care of.

I really like ANPAC for my car and renters insurance. It is inexpensive yet good insurance. But the very best thing about Brett Valdez' office is Donna. She has been instrumental in helping me change to my own account after my divorce. She is professional yet very friendly. She has been responsive and helpful everytime I've called in with a question.
