It is very quiet here, regardless of the time of day or night. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were both closed for maintenance. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

clean rooms the lady that check me in was very helpful and nice , but the lady who checked me out acted like she didn't have time to help out her customers.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD. I had specifically paid for a room with two queen size beds and when I arrived they forced my family of 4 and I to stay in a room with only one bed. My family was forced to sleep on their disgusting floors because they did not give us the right room I paid for. I called the front desk and ask them to give me the room that I paid for and they told me that they were not able to do that because they gave my room to somebody else, I then asked if they had any rollaway beds that they could lend me so my family didn’t have to sleep on the floor and i got hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the front desk said that the manager Denise was not gonna be in till Monday, I then demanded a corporate number and she hung up on me again.
