I so wish I could leave a better review as Sam is a very nice guy, but....I can't. Here we are almost a year after building, 4 months living in the house and we are still having to beg for things to be finished. The build is good quality but it was an absolute nightmare on the business side of things. The ball was constistently dropped by the team and it was chaotic at best. I kept up the hope that as different people came to the team it would be better, but they didn't stay, lending to the chaos. We were left several times feeling like we didn't matter and still feel like our house was the bottom of the priority list as it wasn't as big and custom as the other builds. Covid threw a few curve balls in there we weren't expecting, but the communication and trying to work around the curves was non existent. So you may end up with a good house, but the fight to get it there, the mental anguish, many tears, and constant stress might not be worth it.

We had Sam Clegg Construction replace a wall of windows and turn it into an exterior wall with a door. They were so professional, priced well, and got the job done in a great time. We really appreciate the wonderful job they did and would recommend them to anyone! We will definitely use them on future projects!
