Starbucks

I just had the most amazing experience. The staff was so nice and greeted us immediately upon entering. They kept conversation and were so nice about me accidentally taking the wrong food (my lowest moment in life). My coffee is also great. I hope they all have wonderful weeks.

THEY DON'T SERVE COFFEE AFTER 1230. WHAT KIND OF LUNACY IS THIS???? That's like going to McDonald's and not having Big Mac's. Whataburger with no burgers. How does this even make sense? Seattle. If you are reading this close this location. How can you be loyal to your brand and image if you can't serve coffee??? I'm serious. Close this place. This is worse than the insanity in Shreveport that doesn't open until late and advertised on the interstate. Sad.

The workers have always been super nice and friendly, but the coffee is very hit or miss and disappointing. The past month, every single drink my wife gets ends up being burnt and multiple times they forgot the coffee, which is ironic for being a coffee place. Lots of our drinks are just hot milk/water which is disgusting and frustrating for the price paid. Would be nice if Tooele had a Beans and Brews.

I got a Carmel ribbon crunch sub almond milk and it just taste like straight almond milk. Also, every time I come here, theyre always out of food items. Was hoping to get the classic Starbucks taste and experience and am just disappointed. I dont come here often at all as my household isnt big on fast food, so when I do come here I hope for the best and get let down, every. single. time.

I'm not a fan of the coffee here but the speciatly drinks are delicious. The staff is always kind and respectful. In fact my pregnancy cravings brought me here this morning for a Frappuccino but due to the supply issues happening worldwide right now they were out of the syrup I wanted. Instead I ordered a pink drink and they upgraded it from a venti to a trenta for free I know it's such a small gesture but it really made my morning and put me in such a good mood.
