        I understand policies and procedure of not selling products to the general public; however I was shocked to find out they WILL NOT sell a gift card to be given as a birthday gift to my hairdresser. I did call before coming down to the Taylorsville location this also should have been stated on the call. Even if I were a cosmetologist I dont think I would shop at this location as its in disarray, it is at least the aisles are open enough for social distancing. The lack of customer service is why Ive opted for a 1 star review.
