I've gone here for a long time now, but todays visit was beyond absurd, I felt so invalidated even after I continued to explain certain symptoms, I felt so embarrassed and will never be coming back.

I have always loved this place. I have been going since they opened so a very long time. lately its so hard to get in to the Dr. When on a specific medication like mine you can only see your Dr. Its like they have taken on to many patients and don't care anymore. It makes me sad. I have had to visit the urgent care for myself my husband and children for some reason they take care of my husband have given him pain meds when needed but when it comes to myself and children we are not listened to told we are ok. I wouldn't be in there if we were ok. Ashlee shes very rough and don't care i had a back fusion told her i fell she really didn't take that in consideration did an x ray said I will be fine. My daughter broke her tailbone she went into the urgent care because she was hurting bad because once again we can't get an appointment Ashlee jammed her fingers in her back as she jumped across the table almost crying she said she will be fine. It makes me so angry that she will treat people like this yet not listen to them when they are holding back tears saying they can hardly walk because they fell. I can't even get my dr to answer a message on my chart im ready to call it quits afters years of entrusting them with my family I might have to find a new place just so we can actually get seen not 2 months out. Although the front office rocks nurses rock. The one that take our blood our awesome and great. Dont change.The Drs are way over booked and don't have the time anymore like they used to.

Everyone is super nice, especially Dr. Shinkle, she made sure I have always been taken care of, the same with all my family who go to her
