        Flew in from across the US and they refused to accommodate a few minutes at closing to ensure I made my reserved pickup. Rude unfriendly and would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible!

        Relocated across the country and rented a large moving truck that reached a top speed of 23 mph up any significant hills. Needless to say, the journey took about 64 hours rather than the expected 45. This caused us to miss the group we had scheduled to unload upon arrival. However, we spoke with the national Penske rep on the phone before we arrived in St George. She was pleasant, easy to work with, and permitted us to keep the loaded truck an extra week until we could arrange the resources to unload - at no extra charge.
