Pro Inspection House

I’ve used Brad on other properties. He did great always had the report a few days after inspection. I had him do a commercial building on Cedar City airport and he showed up, charged 600$. Then a week went by with no communication. He said he had personal things going on but a simple phone call or text response would have been nice. We ended up canceling the purchase agreement because due diligence came up before we got the inspection report from Brad. Still no communication and it would be nice if we got a refund.

Brad from Inspection Utah did an outstanding job with our home. He was punctual and very thorough on our inspection. He was very knowledgeable on any concerns and questions that we bought up . Even after he left, being first time pool owners. Brad has taken our calls and has been more than willing to explain and help us understand our pool. I would recommend Brad to anyone needing a home inspection.

Brad has inspected homes that I've had listed for sale as well as homes where I represented the Buyer that needed the inspection. He is thorough, easy to talk to and prompt.
