Was super easy to do from home got my taxes done in a day!

My taxes this year were way more complicated than normal plus we had to go back and amend the previous two years, so I was extremely nervous about getting it right. Annie was our tax professional & she was great. I'm not going to say she knew everything because it was a learning experience for her too, but she was very knowledgeable & anything she was unsure about she checked with her supervisor Heather, who was great too. I saw someone had a negative experience, which is unfortunate and hopefully an isolated incident that was resolved because everyone I dealt with seemed nonjudgmental & professional. Sometimes it can feel expensive to get taxes prepared by a professional. Annie applied what discounts she could & in the end I know my taxes were done correctly which in reality saved even more. Plus they offer additional protections so I can be confident if a problem were to arise I would have the help I need. I would definitely recommend this location & will be back when tax time rolls around again. Edit: Well my review didn't age all that well. I still stand by that everyone treated us nicely and that Heather was helpful, but my taxes have been a mess. The extra protection I purchased (which was part of the discount they gave me) wasn't entered into the system correctly so I was treated as if I didn't purchase it. Luckily corporate waived the additional fees, but our taxes are still messed up because of the preparation in my initial review. I won't be back again.
