        You can't beat the location. The luck of wifi (or decent wifi), and the cleanliness of the rooms (dust, hairs on sheets) is what made me rate the rooms low. Definitely room for improvement, but in the end, the views make this place special!

        The location is amazing. The rooms have all the amenities you could want. They are a bit dark and the beds have a mattress protector that is very noisy when you move around.

        Stunning location and view but atrocious customer service. They treat you like second rate citizens probably because they have the monopoly on park lodging. (Tina at the front desk shouldnt have a job)
