Zac came out the same day I called after a wind storm blew shingles off my roof. He did a great job and the price was very good. He also checked the rest of my roof, not just the damaged part, and explained any areas that looked like there may be problems in the future. Would highly recommend and work with them again!

Roof on my twin home was leaking. Zac came out the day I called to look at the roof. He explained in detail what was wrong with the roof, what needed to be replaced, and what did not need to be replaced, which saved me a bunch of money. He uses the best materials and does a quality job, using more than the normal amount of roofing nails per shingle to ensure shingles do not blow off in heavy winds in the area. He is very conscientious about details and even repaired some poor drip edge work done by the original roofer. Along with reshingling the roof, he added adequate attic ventilation, replaced all old rusted vents and pipes (and painted to match shingles), removed the cap from a previous swamp cooler removal and repaired that area, and cleaned up the site each day. He was able to work my project into the schedule before the winter weather, which was much appreciated. The project was done within four days. I now have a great roof and am not concerned about any further leaks! I would recommend Costanzo Quality Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer. Great experience. Thanks, Zac!
