Worked for them through Teleperformance and oh my gosh. They do not care about the patients and getting people their medication. Management is rude and so unhelpful and they do as little as possible to help get people medication

I have to call them all of the time for various things, not only is no one is helpful, they are downright rude. Nancy from billing has been awful to work with. David from copay associates didn’t even try to help and transferred me to Nancy who as stated as rude. I got transferred 7 times and no one was trying help and just kept saying “ ma’am I can’t help you at all, good luck.” Such poor customer service it’s crazy.

An absolute disaster when it comes to delivering medicine. Which is odd considering that that is its only function. A mess of an institution. The only redeeming quality is the hold music.

On average I have to call them 5 times, every time I have to get my prescription refilled. Sometimes they can see that I have a prescription from my doctor and everything seems to be in order... they just can't give me my medication because... well... it's not their fault. Even my doctors office has said they hate working with them because they just can't seem to fill a prescription. I really hope my insurance drops them because it's getting absurd that I have to fight to get my medication.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy to receive any medication from. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I could give them zero stars. You'd think a pharmacy who's LITERAL JOB is to get you your prescriptions would be able to help you, but no. It took me 3 weeks and numerous calls to get my medication. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I can't manage my pain because I can never regularly take my medication. WORST SPECIALITY PHARMACY EVER.
