My experience at Hertz Car Rental - South Salt Lake was nothing short of awesome!! Dont let previous bad reviews deter you. Before booking my car rental, I read the reviews and will admit I was a little nervous. I understand from running a business of my own that people usually dont write reviews when receiving good or GREAT service but always leave bad reviews when they want to vent about even the most minor inconveniences. Anyway, KC is a ROCKSTAR!! Give this man a raise! He was extremely professional but personable at the same time. That is a talent and is a valuable skill! He was very informative, answered all my questions and made my first time renting a car a breeze.
