The whole experience was far above my expectations. From the minute I signed up, they made it an easy process. The trip was wonderful, hotels were very nice ( I have high expectations) and food was good. The best part was the level of information given each day to enhance the experience. We were given a wealth of historical truth about the early saints and their challenges, hardships, and commitments. Our facilitator added personal feelings, testimony, and his witness of what he has studied, prepared, and shared with us. I have a deepened love and adoration for those early saints through this experience. Absolutely worth it!

This company has been incredibly difficult to work with. We had to work with this company because their sister company would not refund money for a cruise, which was cancelled due to the pandemic. The tour my family is scheduled to attend is substantially less than what the price of the cruise was. Instead of allowing our family to use the rest of the money to pay for lunches on the tour or tip, this company is going to keep it. This seems incredibly shady.

We went on the Renew22 Cruise. The agenda was great and we really enjoyed the Latter day performances on the ship!

Was sold on trip by Rand Madsen but since he passed us off to customer support which is what happens once you sign up with salesperson, the email and phone communication from Latter Day Travel has been slow and lacking in substance. Calling and getting hold of customer service reps on the phone is nearly impossible and you are forced to leave a message. And rarely does anyone call you back. Rand sold me on how good Latter Day Travel is compared to its competition and I disagree at this point. Google reviews look really good about trip experiences so hopefully our trip and guides and overall experience will be a 5 star trip. Our trip to the Holy Lands is in 11 days and just last week and after MANY email and phone requests, 14 days before trip, we FINALLY got our itinerary but more important, checklist of Covid19 requirements, Egypt Visa required, etc. It takes minimum of 7 days to get Egypt Visa online and if they reject it, we'll be to close to leave date to re-apply. My wife and I and two friends (Haskells) should have been given this information at least one to two months ago. And the Egypt Visa site is not easy to understand and does not work as stated and bad experience with no tutorial from Latter Day Travel. And host information not provided by Latter Day Travel until two days ago when our friends discovered that info was needed. Requirements for travel should have been sent out at least 30 days in advance of travel dates. It feels like to us this is their first Egypt, Israel, Greece, Jordan trip and we're the test group. Joey and Savannah are the only two people who have replied despite my email pleas for faster response times and answering questions. I really hope senior management reads this review and please call me tomorrow Friday 4/22/22. I really hope the trip is a much better experience than the 30 days before pre-trip. I'm hoping to be wowed going forward and I will update this review if we are in fact wowed with great guides and service on the trip of a lifetime we have planned.

This was an amazing experience. We loved it all. I could have stayed on that ship for a month and listened over and over to all the brilliant guest speakers and performers. It will be hard to be satisfied with any other cruise experience. Brian Mickelson was an amazing cruise planner. He had everything perfect. If you want to be greatly blessed, take a cruise with Brian and Latter day Travel. It was so well organized; the only issue I have is that I couldn't experience every event three times over. The atmosphere was wonderful. And strangers became friends; some we made contacts for future visits. I will definitely be watching for future cruises with Latter Day Travel through Brian Michelson. Happy Cruising, Jerry and Jan Richardson
