Eric is an great attorney. After going to multiple different consultations and firing our first lawyer, we knew he was the right person. My husband was fighting for full custody which was not easy for a father in Utah with our 14 year old son living in a different state with his mother the majority of his life. We were very impressed with him in the courtroom. He is very thorough and comes prepared. Whereas the opposing attorney was aggressive and used exaggerated lies to try and gain an advantage. Eric always remained more level headed and with his knowledge of the law and the state relying heavily on our child's preference he was able to help us get full custody. He also has a way of making you feel calm throughout a very stressful process I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a great attorney that fights hard and knows the law.

During the last year and a half I have had the pleasure of dealing with Eric and his team. Eric is extremely passionate and sympathetic with every situation he faces. Eric was the second attorney involved in my divorce case and did fantastic with the highly nuanced aspects to my specific situation. My Ex-wife and I… to put it frank, do not get along. She treated me very poorly through our divorce and then proceeded to dig a large legal hole filled with accusations, false hoods, and superstitions. I really struggled working with her and do not trust her. She left too many scars on my psyche and I could see my children were suffering. I felt powerless, disgraced, degraded, dishonored, and put down. My Ex-wife inflict her fury on my children, perpetuating her agenda through law enforcement and the courts. Eventually the truth of our situation was her undoing and law enforcement eventually saw the situation for what it was… a civil divorce between me and her. Eric and his team have been there for me from the beginning, and I have now been a client of his for years. When I needed good legal counsel and representation, I have gotten it. Now I have learned that in many situations it is better to counsel with him, then go it alone. I’ll never forget a text exchange my ex-wife and I had where she sent me an underlining message that had the following nuance, “if stupid could fly… you’d be a jet.” My response now would be… “your right, its time I fly away and climb new heights” (if you did not get that, then disengage from your ex and move on to a better life… FYI lol). So, if you are thinking that you need help, then work with Eric and his team. Your children’s life will be better for it.
