I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. They have great customer service. I bought a new phone the other day and Mario helped me and he was very knowledgeable. Today I went in with a new watch and David helped set it up for me to work with my phone and he also retrieved thousands of pictures that had been lost the other day and he is very smart and friendly

Josh charges $35 when bringing a phone in to activate on an existing line. Josh claimed all stores do this and there is no way around the fee. I think Josh was trying to take my money because other stores do not charge that fee. Dialing 611 doesn't charge that fee. Not sure what the rest of the employees are like but I'm pretty sure Josh is trying to take money from customers.

I'm changing company because of this location, terrible customer service and they lie to sell you anything, and always the surprise when you receive the bill with insurance added to my account without asking.

I dont recommend this store, and if higher management dont pay attention of what is happening there, theyll lose many clients. I saw good comments about Luis and his manager, I guess they just have preference to whom theyre going to help while doing their job. I went to the other store and heard I wasnt the first one that had to leave their store because they dont want to do their job assisting clients. Im guessing their making their friends to write nice comments about them
