Tire Trax

These guys were great! We were about 200 miles into our fourth 500+ mile drive in the last three weeks when we lost oil pressure at freeway speed about 15 miles south of Santaquin. I knew the problem had to be with the oil, but was afraid there may have been some serious damage caused by driving with low oil (turns out I was 4 quarts low!). After calling both local shops in Mona, who were completely booked for two days, I was referred to Tire Trax. I gave them a call and they were able to fit me in about an hour after I called. They ran the diagnostic, filled up the engine oil, tested out the engine, correctly determined no other problems with the engine, and sent me on my way. I'm writing this review after a smooth 400+ mile drive the rest of the way home. They didn't even charge me for the oil, since they didn't have to repair anything! I highly recommend this business, and my family (including a very impatient 3 year old) are very thankful for the peace of mind they gave us when we were worried we wouldn't make it back home today after a very long drive to my grandmother's funeral.

If I could give them a lower review, I would. I blew a tire coming off the exit right next to this location. They completely tried to take advantage of me, I'm assuming because I'm a woman and they thought I was alone. They tried to charge me $1,300! I had my car towed to another shop for a second opinion. $300 and I was on my way. The whole situation with this place makes me sick. Please do not support them.

They'll help you out and do an honest job. They are quite timely, and they will usually find out if there are extra things wrong with your car

These guys did an amazing job. Got a diagnosis for a bad battery from another shop and they wanted to charge way more. Came to Tire Trax to have them take a look. Turned out to be the starter. These guys treat you right and don't give any BS. I will be coming from Orem again for all my vehicle care needs. Thanks guys!
