Do not use Divine Construction. You WILL regret it. Personally I cannot imagine a worse experience. We bought a spec home (at the time of this review Craig Winder, the owner, is using our home as the cover photo for his listing). By the time our one year warranty came due (at which time he dodged us almost entirely and fixed very little of what he was obligated to fix) we had dozens of unresolved issues stemming from poor workmanship and disregard for quality. If I suspected Craig actually had any money I would sue but don't feel like throwing good money after bad. Which leaves me with this review as perhaps my only recourse...
This is not some personal grudge turned business smear campaign... My goal is genuinely to keep others from falling prey to Craig's unique blend of incompetence and deceit. He will literally look you right in the eye and tell you an 8 foot wide doorway and a 6 foot wide doorway are the same size and you are confused for not seeing it. (I had to go get a tape measure before he finally backed down - see my Angie's List review for a dozen other examples of how bad it is).

I also know of two other families who have suffered similar treatment who feel the same way and are also happy to share their experience.
