Never buy from here, huge rip off, way way over priced cheap quality, warranty is through a cheap third party that you will always have problems with. My supposedly $2700 ring broke after 2 weeks and their is nothing they will do about it.

Well are they going out of business or not.? Stock is down and styles are not their best. Can,t pay at the story and now you have to send you repairs away. I like working with them in person. No longer a choice.

I wish there was an option for negative stars!!!! 5 years ago I purchased 2 pink morganite stones (not from Schubach). When my daughter got engaged. I decided I wanted to make 2 identical rings for myself and her, to give on her wedding day. July 13, 2018 I talked with 4 different jewelry stores and decided to go with Schubach. I purchased 6 rings. 2 main rings with 4 guards, 2 weeks prior to her wedding date. Alicia guaranteed they would be done in time. The day before the wedding my husband was on his way to pick them up when I received a call from Alicia that the jeweler hadn't even started on them. She told me he would have them done the next day and I could pick them up. When I showed up at the store to get them. They were a complete disaster. The middle stones were set crooked but I had no other choice but to take them. I left the store in tears!!! I gave them to her before she walked out to get married. Later that night within 4 hours of wearing mine I lost a diamond. I took them back in the next day and showed Alicia. She was not nice at all so rude to me and my husband. She just looked at me with her RBF. She did nothing to keep me as a customer. I called the headquarters and left a message, called again a few days later but never received a call back. Pathetic!!! Later I ended up working with Kacy who was awesome. He had a different jeweler completely redo all the rings for me. I've been hesitant about wearing them and I guess for good reason. I wore them for family pictures and when I got home....yep another missing diamond. The only reason I will step back in there is because I purchased the warranty to get it fixed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
