Tanna was incredible. She came in, properly diagnosed the issue with our furnace very quickly, and fixed it soon after. She was informative, nice, honest, and I didnt feel like I was being upsold left and right like all the HVAC businesses Ive interacted with. She simply figured it out and got it done. Love it.

Jose did an amazing job! he helped us figure out what was wrong with our Carrier system and gave us multiple options with ways to solve our problem at different price points which was really helpful. they scheduled us in really fast during peak air conditioning season which i was really impressed with. overall 10/10 we will be going to them with all of our issues and HIGHLY recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Super grateful they make such an effort to get you in for an appointment as soon as possible. They send you a reminder text the night before and day of they send you a text when your tech is on their way along with a photo and short bio of your tech. Jose was our tech and he was so nice, super patient and extremely thorough. He did an inspection of our AC unit and was able to easily diagnose the various problems we had with our AC unit. Gave us three pricing options dependent on if we wanted to fix parts of the issue or all of it. Its always refreshing when you have a tech that knows their stuff and you dont feel like theyre taking you for a ride. Went with Main Street H&C after reading their Google reviews and were so glad we did! Thanks for the incredible service Jose!
